I traveled for 6 months and Sunshine Vintage House in Ubud was the best hostel I stayed in. The spacious rooms with curtains and lights on the beds provided a quiet and homely atmosphere. Nick and his family were amazing, always making sure everything was okay and offering their assistance. The delicious breakfast included bread with egg or banana and a selection of fruits. There was also free coffee, tea, and water available throughout the day. Nick even offered tours to the best places in Ubud, sharing his knowledge of Balinese culture at a great price. I can't wait to go back.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the hostel is fantastic, situated in a quiet residential alley but still very central, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. the dorm rooms are comfortable and clean, with ample space for bags. the bathrooms are immaculate, with multiple sinks, toilets, and shower stalls. the hostel offers a delicious and generous breakfast with fresh fruits and a variety of options. the hostel provides universal plugs, soft-close doors, and large lockers for added convenience.
One minor drawback is the limited common area, which may not be ideal for socializing late at night without disturbing the family.
